      • The service has not yet been started, and
      • The refund request is made within 24 hours of payment, and
      • No resources, tools, or workforce have been allocated to the project.

      Refund Process

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

      • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

      Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Ezysellonline.com after internal review.
